Purchasing a product from Kale, MD PLLC dba KALE Functional Medicine does not create a provider-patient relationship between you and any of our providers. Our supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Additionally, the statements about the products at our practice or website site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). We encourage you to do your own research about all information and products.  Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for full refund

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused, unopened, safety-sealed, and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you if its approved or rejected. If your return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a week.
